Richard Charles Stephenson, 58, of Largo, passed away peacefully at home on March 25, 2026. He was born May 10, 1968 at St. Anthony's Hospital to Paulette Anastasia and Kenneth E. Stephenson.
He graduated from Largo High School and attended St. Petersburg Junior College for 2 years. While attending college he worked at UPS and retired after 25 years of service.
Richard was known for his love of fishing, was a collector of sports cards, sports hats, posters, and many Coca-Cola items. He also had a large book collection mostly consisting of Stephen King and cookbooks. He loved to cook and was an avid gamer where he met a lot of good and lasting friends. Richard was very caring, kind, funny, and not to mention a loving son, father, brother, and grandpa.
He is survived by his mother Paulette Anastasia; 2 brothers Travis Earl Stephenson and Jeremy Ray Stephenson; daughter Kaylin Krantz and her husband Logan Krantz; his pride and joy grandson Rowan Krantz.
Richard will never be forgotten and always in our hearts.
On Friday, April 17th at Sorensen Funeral Home from 2pm - 4pm we will say our last goodbyes and share all of our fondest memories of our beloved Richard.
