80 of St. Petersburg, passed away on February 3, 2024. He was predeceased by his wife Joetta (Chambers) Culver. Ray was born on September 16, 1943 in Beloit, WI, the son of Raymond Culver Sr. and Sylvena Rae Turner of St. Petersburg and Beloit, WI. Ray is survived Shawnee, Barbara Turner (Duane) of IL, several close cousins and many friends he described as his "chosen family". He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era and was a dedicated supporter of, and active in many veterans organizations. He was employed as an electrician for many years. He was a life long support of animals and nature.
