Marie Hunt-Clark

Born in Barberton, Ohio, yet a resident of St. Pete for 58 years, Marie would like to let everyone know that her work here is done. She received a call, on Saturday, August 26th, 2023, a sort of offer she could not refuse for an appointment from which she would not be returning.  She will miss all those she cared for and took care of while here. However, this assignment comes with a massive sign-on bonus, her reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Josephine Wieczorek, and her sister JoAnn Kramer. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer & Eddie Haisten, daughter, Deborah Kay Hunt as well as 5 grandsons, and three great-grandsons, her sister and brother-in-law, Paula and Gary Fisher, and her brothers Frank and Carl Wieczorek, and her many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of memories for Marie will be held at Sorensen Funeral Home, 3180 30th Avenue North, St Petersburg, Florida from 10 am to 11:30 am Thursday, August 31, 2023. In lieu of flowers, Marie would like you to conduct an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for another soul in need.
