WRIGHT, Margaret “Maggie” Frances, age 93 of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on January 26, 2024, under Suncoast Hospice care – ten decades of a wonderful life!

Maggie attended and graduated from St. Petersburg Highschool in 1947 and worked for the City of St. Petersburg Police and Fire Supply for over twenty years.

Maggie, wife of Korean War Army Veteran, Donald F Wright who passed away in 1997 and sister to Linda Jones-Sibert and husband Alan.

Mother to James Weeks and wife Karen, Sandra Bodley, Allen Weeks, Sheila Hildebrandt and husband David and Michael Wright and wife, Barbara; grandmother to Charlotte, Brian, Sarah, Ian, Sydney, Taylor, and Alexandra; great-grandmother to Gabriel, Eden, Alistair, Wesley, Zion and Emma.

Maggie loved gardening and was active member of the Garden Club of St. Petersburg for many years!  In addition, she really enjoyed travel and was an avid reader.

Memorial Service for Maggie will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery; Monday, March 18th @ 1pm (meet at circle driveway in front of cemetery administration building in cars at 12:30pm)
