Kathleen Wachter, 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg. She is survived by her son, John Wachter; daughter & son-in-law, Michele & Dan Swinton, and siblings: Michael, Joseph, Craig, Dawn and John Coskey. She was predeceased by her sister Debbie Coskey.
