Miller, Kathleen Ann
79, of St. Petersburg passed away on December 23, 2022 at Northside Hospital. She worked as a typesetter, graphics designer and later an inspector for the Department of Agriculture. She played multiple instruments and when needed would compose music appropriate for the occasion. In 1986 she composed a choral piece about her mother and directed the choir's performance at a 50th anniversary celebration for her parents. The solo was sung by her niece, Maria Sherman. The last verse was "With the strength of an ocean, the calm of the sea, you have lived your life wisely and guided me, and when I have done all that I can do, I hope someone tells me I'm a lot like you." And she was.
She is survived by her spouse Robbie Bennett; brother Vernon Miller; sister in law Barbara Miller; nephew Vernon (Kathy) Miller; niece Maria (Joshua) Sherman; great nieces and nephews William Hall, Noah Sherman, Kathleen Hall, Kali Miller and Timothy Sherman; sister in law RaChelle Delong; nieces Cameron Rose and Keira Jean Bennett; brothers in law Richard and James Bennett; sister in law Evelyn Bennett; niece and nephews Delilah Miranda and Rafael and Daniel Pena and many friends including a very smart small dog with three and a half legs.
