John Arthur Stahl Obituary

John Arthur Stahl, our "much loved'' dad, peacefully left this earth at 6:41pm on January 15, 2024.

He has now joined our mother's side in heaven and they are a couple again. He was born in chilly

New York but eventually found his forever home in sunny St. Pete, Florida (no more snowmen).

He was a very hard working man, a car guy and was always ready to help family, neighbors and

friends. He retired from the City of St. Petersburg, was a big volunteer for Meals on Wheels and

always showed-up for the Blood Donation Drives. In addition he was proud to have served our

country in the U.S. Navy and the U.S.Naval Reserves - Seabees as a Chief Master Sergeant.

John was the proud father to three (very noisy) daughters: Debra Grant from Wintergreen VA,

Donna Crane from Seminole FL, Dana Gray from St. Petersburg, FL and one well deserved son

(to help even things out): John Allen Stahl also from St. Petersburg, FL. John received great pleasure

from his eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. They all respected and loved him dearly.

A ceremony for John Arthur Stahl will be held on Saturday February 10,2024

at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church,

200 78th Ave NE, St Petersburg, FL 33702

(727) 526-5783.

In place of flowers please feel free to make a donation to "Wounded Warriors", as it was a special

organization to John.

John was the kind of man that was loved and respected by everyone he met, both family and friends.

He loved joking around and teasing everyone and he gave the best advice.

Dad you will be missed more than you will ever know. Love You❤️
