It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanne Rowan,76, of St. Petersburg, FL on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025, at home. She was born on June 13, 1948, and married the love of her life, John Rowan, on August 11, 1973. She spent her career as an integral part of the front office of many Pinellas County schools. She was met in heaven by her son Johnny Burrows and is survived by her loving husband, her daughter, Stacey Rowan, her sons Kenny Burrows and Billy Burrows, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren to whom she meant the world. She's also survived by her sister, Georgie Kurtz, and her brother, James Close, and their families. An informal service and celebration will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Sorensen Funeral Home, 3180 30th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, FL 33713.
