Trevino, Guadalupe of Orlando passed away on June 20th, 2026 at Cornerstone Orlando Hospice House. He was a faithful family man who prayed the Rosary multiple times daily. He put his illness in God's hands and believed God's will would be done. He was proud of his Mexican heritage and worked proudly as a police officer. He was a child migrant worker and worked his way into law enforcement. He was preceded in death by his wife Irene who he cared for unselfishly in her final years and parents Jose and Maria. He is survived by his son, Jose (April) Trevino of St. Petersburg; daughters Maria (Shawn) Trevino White of Glen Burnie, MD and Rosemary (Reginald Sr.) Smith of Orlando; grandchildren Monica Beltran, Jose Trevino Jr., Joaquin Trevino, Mickayla Velez, Samariya White, Shayla White, Gabriel White, Reginald Smith Jr. , Chantell Smalls and Joshua Smith; and Great Grandchildren Ophelia Trevino, Juniper Trevino, Penelope Trevino, Anya Beltran, Issac Beltran, Lexy Smith, Isabella Smith, Yailianis Smith, Camila Smith and Mila Smalls.There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Friday, June 26th from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Jude's Cathedral on Saturday, June 27th at 11:00am followed by a committal service at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
