59, of St. Petersburg passed away on May 17, 2021 at St. Anthony's Hospital. He is survived by his wife Johanna; brothers Raymond and Luis Ortiz and several extended family members. There will be a visitation at Holy Cross Catholic Church on Friday, May 21st at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass at 10:00am.
